Return/exchange & Cancellation
Return Policy – Aroma of France
At Aroma of France, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return option under the following conditions:
- Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible.
- Return Fee
A Restocking fee of Rs. 150/- will be charged for all returns. This fee is borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Rs. 150/- restocking fee is applied.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- How to Request a Return

- Product Condition
Returns will only be accepted if the product meets all of the following conditions:
Is in perfect condition
Less than 5% used
Returned in its original packaging
Products that are damaged, heavily used, or not in saleable condition will not be accepted for return.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
The Rs. 150/- return fee will be deducted from the refund.
COD charges are non-refundable.
Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Retail Box Category – Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that items in the Retail Box category are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We advise reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing from this category.
Exchange Policy – Aroma Of France
At Aroma Of France, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy under the following terms:
- Exchange Window
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible. - Exchange/Return Fee
A processing and restocking fee of Rs. 150/- will be charged for all exchange or return requests. This cost is to be borne by the customer. - Price Difference
If the product selected for exchange is priced higher than the original item, the difference in cost must be paid by the customer. In case the new item is of a lower value, the balance will be refunded. - Initiating an Exchange

Cancellation
Cancellations by you before order is dispatched from our warehouse. Any order which has not shipped can be cancelled. The amount paid for the product would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7 to 10 days.
We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times, where we cannot process your order and need to cancel your order due to any reason. Aroma Of France reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without giving any clarification to the respective customer.
To cancel an order please send an email to aromaoffrance@gmail.com. Please include the word “”CANCEL”” and your order number in the subject of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled.
Damage Product.
Before accepting courier shipment, if you find any form or mark of liquid on outer box. Please refuse to take the delivery. When unwrapping your shipment please make a video. The details on the label must be clearly visible in the video before you remove the outermost cover. It will help you in case you receive a damaged product.
